We are the most self-aware people who have ever lived. We can name our patterns, our attachment style, our type. And so many of us still feel like we're watching our lives from the driveway.
The Inner Circle is where all that insight gets put to use. It's my group mentorship community for CREATORSHIP: consciously participating in the creation of your life. We don't control everything that happens to us. We do have enormous creative agency in how we respond, what we choose, what we make, what we practice and who we become.
I believe participating in your life is a personal responsibility, and the most alive thing you can do with it. So in HTIC we treat your life as creative material. You bring what you're building, living and questioning. Together we move it from thought to choice to action to something real, with a practical, sustainable approach that protects your style and your sanity every step of the way.

My work lives at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, embodiment, creativity + the ancient wisdom traditions I've studied and taught for more than a decade.
That decade has included leading movement, facilitating trainings, personal coaching and guiding retreats. I lead with empathy and a knack for turning life's unexpected moments into growth.
fair warning: sit next to me at dinner and we're skipping the small talk. by dessert we're deep into desire, God, what your coffee order says about you and whether or not ambition is secretly capitalist. then i'll have you home and tucked in before 10pm for plenty of beauty rest.

What does a Founding Member get?
The first 30 members pay the founding rate, $444 a quarter or $1,628 a year, and keep it for as long as they stay. If you cancel and come back later, you'll rejoin at the regular rate.
Where does the Inner Circle happen?
Day to day, in our private Telegram community, a free app for your phone and computer. I'm in there every Tuesday and Friday with voice notes, replies and prompts. We also meet live twice a month for 90 minutes of teaching, hot seats and Q&A.
Do I get one-on-one time with you?
The Inner Circle is group mentorship, so private calls aren't included. Members get first access to 1:1 time with me whenever spots open up.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Payment plan accommodations are available on request. Mention it in your application or DM me.
How do I cancel?
Give 30 days' notice before your next recurring payment. There are no full or partial refunds, so please review the details before you enroll.
I did The Seasonal Shift. Is this the next step?
It can be. The Inner Circle takes the same approach, noticing, choosing and practicing on purpose, and gives it a home all year with more support and a steady group.
